Here at My Pet Walker we’ve had a very busy start to 2021 with lots of new sign-ups…welcome to all our new members…and we’ve added some great new features and updates to our software too. Here are a couple that we’ve recently introduced which we think you’ll find really useful:-
New and improved check-in/check-out system – we created this feature mainly for Doggy Daycare providers, Kennels, Catteries and Pet Hotels and this option can be enabled or disabled. Our users really like this facility as their staff can see at a glance which pet is in or out – we’ve even added the pet profile picture and type of breed for quick identification. The system automatically allocates the pet a booking number on check-in (there’s an option to manually override should you have a peg/lead system) so you keep on top of the number of pets being checked in ensuring your compliance to local council licensing requirements.
Dynamic Customer Pricing – you can now set different prices for your clients booking the same service eg. Old price/new price, a reduced price for a family friend, prices for reactive dogs that require that bit more attention or even specific prices to include travelling outside of your normal area.
